Marcy Bannor is an actress known for her work providing English-language voices for characters in numerous anime series and films. Her career is primarily associated with dubs produced in the United States, particularly by studios based in Texas such as Sentai Filmworks and its predecessor ADV Films. Bannor's voice can be heard across a wide range of anime productions spanning from the late 1980s through the 2020s.

One of her earliest and most prominent roles is the Aunt in the critically acclaimed Studio Ghibli film Grave of the Fireflies. She provided the voice for this character in the 2012 Sentai Filmworks English dub of the film. Another notable early role was as the malfunctioning robotic maid Tetsuko in the Americanized English adaptation of the surreal comedy The Super Milk-chan Show. She also took on the role of the Narrator for the English adaptation of the classic fairy tale series Princess Tutu.

In the 2010s and 2020s, Bannor continued to be active in anime dubbing. She voiced Kayako Miyanoshita, the deceased mother of the protagonist, in the ADV English dub of the horror-comedy series Ghost Stories, a version known for its radically different, comedic script. In the psychological drama Doreiku The Animation, she played the role of Maria Chiyoda. Bannor also portrayed the character Ireia Kitty in the fantasy series The Book of Bantorra. More recently, she voiced Moogie, a character in the hidden village of Iruburu, in the second season of the acclaimed series Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun.
