Richard Cansino is an American voice actor born on August 10, 1953, in Los Angeles, California. He is also professionally credited under the name Richard Hayworth, a nod to his family connection as the nephew of the famed actress Rita Hayworth. With a career spanning several decades, Cansino has become a recognizable voice in the field of anime dubbing, lending his talents to a wide array of characters across numerous series, films, and video games.

He is perhaps most widely known for his portrayal of the lead character, Kenshin Himura, in the English adaptation of the beloved series Rurouni Kenshin. This role is frequently cited as his most prominent and defining work in the anime industry. Another significant performance includes his role as Legato Bluesummers in the cult classic Trigun. His extensive filmography also features substantial roles in long-running and popular series such as Izumo Kamizuki in the Naruto franchise and its sequel, Naruto: Shippuden.
