Makoto Takahashi is a Japanese voice actor born on January 16. He is a native of Kanagawa Prefecture and is affiliated with the Atomic Monkey talent agency. A graduate of Tokyo Animation College, he began his career in the voice acting industry in 2012.

Takahashi's decision to pursue voice acting was inspired by rewatching the anime series Slayers during his third year of high school, which led him to enroll in a vocational school for voice acting. His professional journey commenced after graduating from the Voice Actor Course at Tokyo Animation College in 2011.
