Reiō Tsuchida is a Japanese voice actor born on January 6 in Kitami City, Hokkaido. He is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. His journey to becoming a voice actor began in childhood, rooted in a love for anime and manga despite limited access to television programs. He would buy manga and record himself reading the dialogue aloud, creating a personal form of audio drama that sparked his initial interest in using his voice for performance. Although he was not particularly fond of his own voice at the time, imitating the characters he admired made him realize the potential of voice acting as a career.

After graduating from high school, he pursued formal training at Tokyo Announce Gakuen, part of the Toho Gakuen Group. His professional breakthrough came in 2012 when he participated in the 6th 81 Produce Audition, where he not only won the Excellence Award but also received special accolades from Shogakukan, BS11, and Bunka Housou. He made his official debut in the industry in 2014, with his first credited role being a minor character in the long-running anime series Crayon Shin-chan.

Prism☆Tours. His other prominent anime roles include Sōta Kazama in My Senpai Is Annoying, Kyōichi Ozaki in Ikebukuro West Gate Park, and Hiroshi "Ei-chan" Yazawa in Kawagoe Boys Sing. In the 2025 anime adaptation of the game Farmagia, he voices the character Leii.
