Victor Mares Jr., born Víctor Mares Becerril on August 1, 1972, is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing professional based in the United States. He was born into a family with a strong legacy in voice acting, as the son of actors Víctor Mares Alcalá and María Becerril. His career in the dubbing industry began at the exceptionally young age of four, before he had learned to read, and he has since built a extensive career working in both Mexico and Los Angeles.

His body of work in anime is notable and includes a variety of prominent roles. He is recognized for providing the Spanish voice for Sancho Panza in the series Zukkoke Knight - Don De La Mancha and for Hiroshi in Dokonjo Gaeru, also known as The Gutsy Frog. His debut role in anime was as Gamba in The Adventures of Gamba. Other significant anime credits include the title character Arsenio Lupin III in Lupin III, Guru Clef in Magic Knight Rayearth, and Jack in the original dub of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. He also voiced characters in long-running series such as Detective Conan, where he took on roles like Beto and the mysterious Kaitou Kid, as well as Jaime in Zillion and multiple characters in Cybersix.

Beyond anime, Mares Jr. has an extensive career in voice work for animation and live-action dubbing. He was the official Spanish voice of Mickey Mouse for over fifteen years and also voiced other animated characters like Jake Clawson in SWAT Kats and Marsupilami. In live-action dubbing, he is widely known for being the recurring Spanish voice of actor Michael J. Fox, including the role of Marty McFly in the Back to the Future film trilogy. He has also dubbed numerous other actors, such as Edward Norton in The People vs. Larry Flynt, Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and actors in the Twilight and Divergent film series.

For nine years, he supervised the final Spanish mix for theatrical versions of major films at Sony Pictures in Culver City.
