Lyrah Padilla is a Filipino voice actor known for her extensive work in dubbing anime and other foreign series for Philippine television and home video releases. Her career is primarily documented through her credits in the Tagalog and Philippine English dubs of numerous anime series that aired from the 1990s onward.

Padilla's voice work encompasses a wide range of characters across various anime genres. Among her most recognized roles is providing the voice for Catherine in the children's series Daisuki! BuBu ChaCha. She also voiced Kurenai Mishina, one of the three heroine sisters, in the superhero anime Shooting Starlets Musumet. In the fantasy series Fortune Quest L, her credits include the character Pastel. She had a significant presence in the Philippine English dub of the magical girl series Saint Tail, where she voiced two distinct characters: Eimi Haneoka, the mother of the protagonist, and Rina Takamiya, a rival character who transfers to the main characters' school. Her other notable anime credits include playing the young Taiga Shimizu in the sports series Major, and taking on roles such as Raquel Cassul and Zepheris in Scrapped Princess.
