Ventura is notably the regular French dubbing voice for several prominent Hollywood actresses, including Emma Stone, Rebecca Hall, Carey Mulligan, Brie Larson, and Blake Lively. In the realm of animation, she has voiced characters in numerous major feature films. Her credits include Linda in both Rio and Rio 2, Honey Lemon in Big Hero 6, and Greta in Ferdinand. She also provided the voice for Bakara in the French animated film Dofus, Livre 1: Julith. A recurring role in her career is the character Vidia from the Tinker Bell film series, which she voiced in several installments, including Tinker Bell, Secret of the Wings, and Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast.

For anime fans, Élisabeth Ventura is best known for her portrayal of the iconic character Rei Ayanami in the French-language versions of the Evangelion film series. She voiced Rei in all the installments of the Rebuild of Evangelion films, from Evangelion: 1.0 to the final film, Evangelion: 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon a Time. Her work on the franchise also extends to the earlier films, including Evangelion: Death and Rebirth and The End of Evangelion, in which she also voiced the character Yui Ikari.
