Yoshiyuki Shimozuma is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor born on March 27, 1977, in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. He has been active in the industry since 2007 and is affiliated with the talent management firm Kenyu Office. Before entering the voice acting world, he was a student at the Seinenza Training School, the training institute associated with the theatre company Seinenza.

Shimozuma has built a career characterized by a wide range of supporting roles across numerous anime television series, original video animations, and theatrical films.
