Julia McIlvaine is an American voice actress and character actress recognized for her work in anime dubs, animated series, and video games. Born on October 13, 1986, she began her career as a child actor, with one of her earliest and most notable roles being the voice of June on the Nickelodeon animated sketch comedy series KaBlam!. McIlvaine is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she double-majored in history and theatre and was also a member of the women's rowing team.

McIlvaine has built a substantial portfolio of voice work in English dubs of Japanese anime. Her roles in this field are diverse, encompassing a range of characters across different series. She voices the lamia physician Tisalia Scythia in Monster Girl Doctor. In the historical epic Vinland Saga, she provides the voice for the character Helga. She has also contributed to the popular isekai franchise My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, playing Selena Berg in both the first series and its sequel, My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! X. Her other significant anime credits include Natalia Garnet in Levius, Hishiri Adashino in Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace note, Monica Campbell in Hero Mask, and Azurica in Sword Art Online: Alicization. Within the Pokémon franchise, she has voiced the characters John and Oleana in the web series Pokémon: Twilight Wings. She also voiced the character Sella in the English theatrical release of Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel.
