Kelli Cousins is an American former voice actress known for her work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime series, primarily for ADV Films in the early 2000s. She also contributed to the adaptation of scripts for anime under the alias Kathleen Moynihan. Her career spanned a variety of roles, showcasing her range across different genres and character types.

Cousins provided voices for numerous prominent anime series distributed by ADV Films. One of her notable lead roles was as the protagonist Kino in the philosophical travel series Kino's Journey. She also voiced the titular character in Steel Angel Kurumi, playing the role of Kurumi across the original television series, its sequel, and an OVA. In the series Diamond Daydreams, she played the character Akari Harada, a young woman coping with her father's illness while working to support them both. Another significant role was as the dual-personality android Ropponmatsu 1 in the comedy series Excel Saga. Her other anime credits include Seina Kaguyama in Full Metal Panic!, Akari Mizushima in Chance Pop Session, and multiple characters in long-running series such as Saiyuki, where she voiced the dragon Hakuryu and other roles. She also appeared in productions like Martian Successor Nadesico, Rahxephon, and Rune Soldier. Beyond anime, her voice work extended to video games, including roles in Unlimited Saga, and live-action dubbing, such as the character Ayana Hirasaka in the film Gamera: Revenge of Iris.
