Raphaëlle Bruneau, also known by her former married name Raphaëlle Lubansu, is a Belgian actress born on January 5, 1976, in Reims, France, who has built a substantial career in voice acting for animation and live-action dubbing. Her voice is particularly well-known to fans of French-language versions of popular anime and animated series.

Bruneau's career began in the mid-1990s with on-screen roles in film and television, for which she received critical recognition, including being named Best Female Hope at the Belgian Theatre Awards in 1998.
