Shion Shimizu is a Japanese actress and voice actress born in Tokyo on April 21, 2003. She began her entertainment career as a child actor, initially affiliated with the Himawari Theatre Group. Her early training encompassed singing, Japanese traditional dance, modern dance, and tap dancing, establishing a foundation for a multifaceted performing career. As of her tenure with the agency Horipro International, her portfolio includes work in television dramas, stage musicals, anime, and film dubbing.

Shimizu's voice acting career includes roles in both anime television series and animated films. In television anime, she is known for voicing Lulu in the series Kuma no Gakkou: Ganbare! Lulu Lolo. She also provided the voice for the Goddess of Spring in The Ancient Magus' Bride. Her early work in the medium included a minor role as Child C in Blast of Tempest. In animated films, she voiced O-Nao in the feature Miss Hokusai and also had a role in the film When Marnie Was There.

Beyond original Japanese animation, Shimizu has an extensive body of work in Japanese dubbing for international films and series. Her dubbed roles include voicing Lila in Avengers: Endgame, providing additional voices for Eternals, and playing Celeste in The Nun II. In animation dubbing, she voiced Felicia in Shrek Forever After, a young Merida in Brave, and Frieda in The Peanuts Movie.

Alongside her voice work, Shimizu has maintained a significant career in stage musicals, demonstrating her versatility as a performer. Her stage credits include starring roles in major productions such as Annie, Les Misérables (as Little Cosette and Little Éponine), Peter Pan (as Michael), and Anna Karenina (as Seriozha).
