María Fernanda Morales, known professionally as Mafer Morales, is a Mexican dubbing actress, theater actress, and dubbing director born on 7 November 1970 in Mexico City. She has built a extensive career voicing characters in animated series and films for Latin American Spanish audiences.

Morales is recognized for her work in several prominent anime series. Her notable roles include Saori Kido in the iconic series Saint Seiya and Sailor Venus in the Sailor Moon franchise. She also voiced the protagonist Yui Kasuga in the magical girl series Corrector Yui.

Beyond her anime work, her voice is featured in a wide range of animated productions. She is known for voicing adult Nala in the Latin American Spanish dubs of The Lion King franchise, Kimi Finster in Rugrats, and Wendy in Bob the Builder. Additional credits include Huey, Dewey, and Louie for Disney projects, Lavender in Matilda, and Lulu Moppet in The Little Lulu Show.
