Tsukino Chikasada is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on July 11, 2004, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She began her career as a child actress, with her early work primarily focused on stage musicals. Her debut came at the age of six as a dancer in a production of Oliver Twist, followed by a notable role as Molly in Annie when she was seven. Her extensive theatre experience also includes performing in iconic productions such as Les Misérables, where she took on the roles of both Young Cosette and Young Éponine.

Chikasada transitioned to voice acting in the anime industry in 2013, landing the role of Lolo in the long-running children's series Ganbare! Lulu Lolo - Tiny Twin Bears. She voiced this character for over three years, becoming closely associated with the franchise and also providing the voice for related commercials, music CDs, and mobile content. More recently, she voiced the character Vanilla Mieux in a 3DCG animated short film for the Sugar Sugar Rune franchise, titled Sugar Sugar Rune Les deux sorcières, which was produced to celebrate the manga's 20th anniversary.

Her other anime voice roles include appearances in Onipan!, Mazica Party, The Reason Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion (as Rosemary McMillan), and Ranking of Kings: Treasure Chest of Courage. Beyond animation, Chikasada has lent her voice to characters in video games such as Saint Laurent Knights, ONE., and Gyakuten Othellonia, and has worked on dubbing for foreign films, including a role in the Japanese version of The Nun II. She is represented by the talent agency Office Anemone.
