Mikako Izawa is a Japanese voice actress and actress born in Saitama Prefecture on September 6, 1994. She is affiliated with the talent agency Remax, having transferred from Sony Music Artists in July 2023. Her nickname is Mike.

Izawa's career in voice acting began to take shape in the early 2010s. She gained experience as a radio personality before making her anime debut in 2014. Her first major anime role came in 2014 as Satsuki Kashiba in the television anime Futsū no Joshikōsei ga Locodol Yattemita. The year 2015 marked a significant step with her first leading role as Mamori Tokonome in Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid. That same year, she also voiced Moeko Tokita in her debut series, Wakaba Girl. In 2018, she expanded her performance repertoire by taking on the lead role of Mariko Hayashida in the live-action horror drama Senritsu no Meiju.

Izawa has built a diverse portfolio of voice roles across anime, games, and other media. She is known for bringing energy and positivity to her characters. Some of her notable anime roles include Uki Sawatari in Anima Yell!, Kaede Johan Nouvel in Assault Lily Bouquet, and Anzu Yamada in 12-Sai: Chiccha na Mune no Tokimeki Second Season.
