Tammo Kaulbarsch is a German voice actor born in 1974 in Aachen, Germany. He has been active in the dubbing industry since 1987, providing German voices for characters in numerous animated series, anime, and films. His work also extends to audio play speaking and dubbing script writing and voice direction for various shows.

Kaulbarsch is known for his versatile voice work in anime. He voices King in the German dub of The Seven Deadly Sins. He is also the German voice of Mikihiko Yoshida in the anime The Irregular at Magic High School and its film The Irregular at Magic High School The Movie: The Girl Who Summons the Stars. Another prominent role is Chuuya Nakahara in the series Bungo Stray Dogs. He provides the voice for Huehuecóyotl in Midnight Occult Civil Servants and Ian Naluse in Heat Guy J. His other notable anime credits include Kiba Inuzuka in the Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations series.
