Noe Velázquez is a voice actor known for his work in Latin American Spanish dubbing for anime series. He has been involved in projects recorded in Mexico, contributing voices to characters in several prominent anime titles.

Velázquez provided the voice for Takehisa Hinawa in the Latin American Spanish dub of the anime Fire Force. He was part of the main cast for the series, which was dubbed at VSI Mexico City studio under the direction of Georgina Sánchez. His role as Hinawa began with the first two seasons of the show, which were released on Funimation in July 2021. He later reprised this role for the third and final season of Fire Force, which premiered with its Latin American dub on Crunchyroll in April 2025.

He also voiced the character Sola Athin in the Latin American Spanish dub of the anime Back Arrow. This dubbing was also produced at VSI Mexico City, again directed by Georgina Sánchez, and became available on Funimation in January 2022.
