Rachel Glass is an American voice actress born on February 18, 1994, who has worked extensively on English dubs of anime productions. She is the younger sister of fellow voice actress Caitlin Glass.

Glass has built a career providing voices for a wide range of characters across many popular anime series. One of her earliest roles was as the young Kakeru Naruse in the drama series Orange. She has since taken on a variety of parts, from the young Mitsuki Bakugo in the superhero series My Hero Academia to the character Leo in the long-running adventure One Piece. Her work also includes roles in Black Clover as Emma, Goblin Slayer as the Goblin Slayer's sister, and Overlord as Tuareninya Veyron.

Among her most recognized performances is the role of Silky, also known as the Silver Lady, in the fantasy series The Ancient Magus' Bride. Silky is a quiet and devoted housekeeper faerie who cares for the main characters, and Glass provided the English voice for this character. She also voiced the dragon Elma in the comedy series Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid S. Elma is a harmony-aligned dragon with a great love for sweets and a friendly rivalry with another main character, Tohru.

In the sports drama Stars Align, Glass voiced the character Kanako Mitsue. Her work in the science fiction action series set in the A Certain universe includes voicing Tarōmaru Seike in A Certain Scientific Railgun T and the same character, Seike, in A Certain Scientific Accelerator. She also lent her voice to the character Mister Sheep in the isekai comedy The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made. Other notable credits include the role of Lance Lumiere in Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer and various characters in Azur Lane, such as Bulldog.
