Emilia Costa is an Italian voice actress, born in Rome on October 16, 1967, primarily known for her extensive work dubbing foreign productions into Italian. Her career encompasses a wide range of roles in live-action series and animated programs.

While her voice work spans numerous genres, Costa is particularly well-regarded in the anime community for her contributions to several notable series. She is the Italian voice of the dual character Rue, also known as Princess Kraehe, in the magical girl series Princess Tutu. In the science fiction anime Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz Special Edition, she provided the voice for the character Sally Po. Another significant role is that of Nonna, the formidable grandmother figure in the dark fantasy series The Promised Neverland. Her credits also include the title role of Fiorellino, known as Honey, in the 1970s anime series Honey Honey no Suteki na Bōken.

Beyond these key roles, Costa's extensive filmography in animation demonstrates her versatility. She has lent her voice to characters in a variety of other anime and animated shows.
