Tomoko Naka is a Japanese voice actress, narrator, and stage actress born on March 22, 1963, in Osaka, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production and is also a member of the theatre company Gekidan SWAT. Naka is a graduate of the second class of Aoni Juku Osaka, the training school affiliated with her agency.

Her career began in the 1980s, and she has built a substantial body of work across anime, video games, and film. One of her most enduring and iconic roles is Shigeru Fujiki, the timid and traitorous classmate of the title character in the long-running series Chibi Maruko-chan. She has voiced this character since 1990, including in the films Chibi Maruko-chan Movie and Eiga Chibi Maruko-chan: Italia kara Kita Shōnen.

In the One Piece franchise, Naka is a recurring presence, known for voicing several characters. This includes the Marine officer Hina, a role she has played in both the television series and the 2019 film One Piece Stampede. She also voices the character Miss Father's Day in the series and the 2007 film One Piece: The Desert Princess and the Pirates. Her other notable roles in the series include Belladonna and Michael.
