Shinichirō Kamio is a Japanese voice actor, actor, DJ, and professional magician. He was born in Sapporo, Hokkaido, on January 13, 1982. After completing graduate school, he worked as a corporate salesman. During this time, he decided to pursue a career where he could promote himself as a product, which led him to aim for a career in voice acting. He began training as a magician concurrently, honing his skills and stage presence at performance events and magic bars. He is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce for voice acting and is also a member of the theatrical company Marufuku Bombers.

Kamio's career spans a wide variety of roles in anime, games, and drama CDs. Two of his most prominent and representative roles are Riō Mason Busujima in the multimedia project Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- and Kiryū Kuro in the game and anime ensemble stars!. Other significant anime roles include Ryota Miyagi in the theatrical film THE FIRST SLAM DUNK, Makoto Katai in Komi Can't Communicate, Leonardo Luna in BLUE LOCK, and Yoru in I Shall Survive Using Potions!. He also voiced the role of Wizard in the series Egumi Legacy. In the realm of video games, his roles extend to Anton Ivanov in Zenless Zone Zero, Kokang in The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II, and numerous characters in Fate/Grand Order, including Constantine XI and Dumuzid.
