Yūsuke Nagano (Japanese name: 永野由祐) is a Japanese voice actor whose birth month is listed as May 23, though his birth year is not publicly available. His professional agency affiliation is also not readily available from standard public sources.

Nagano voiced Eiji Higa in the 2021 P.A. Works anime television series The Aquatope on White Sand, which aired for 24 episodes from July to December of that year. His character Eiji Higa is a fish breeder who joins the staff at the Tingarla Aquarium after finishing graduate school, and is described as a sea creature enthusiast who often relates the people around him to marine life.

In the light anime television series adaptation of the manga Kanagawa Elves, which aired from December 2025 to March 2026, Nagano provided the voice for the character Elf from Yokosuka.
