Yōko Honda is a Japanese voice actress born on August 15, 1983, in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise. Honda stands 149cm tall and has blood type A.

Honda began her voice acting career in 2004, making her debut with a role in the series Ninin ga Shinobuden. Later that same year, she was cast in her first leading role as Ichika Tachibana in the television anime series Uta Kata. This marked the beginning of a steady career primarily in supporting roles across numerous anime titles.

Over the years, Honda has voiced characters in a wide range of popular series. Her notable roles include Mana Ishizuki in sola, Igusa in Inukami!, Megumi Hidaka in the 2008 television version of Kyo no Gononi, Maki Kumon in H2O ~Footprints in the Sand~, and Miyuki Koshiki in Little Busters!. In 2009, she voiced the iconic character Sayaka Yumi in Mazinger Edition Z: The Impact!.

Honda has a significant history with the Battle Spirits franchise, voicing multiple characters across several series. In 2009, she played Kajitsu Momose in Battle Spirits: Shōnen Gekiha Dan. She continued in the franchise as Flora Perfume in Battle Spirits: Brave and later voiced both Kajitsu Momose and Lynn Givre in Battle Spirits: Mirage. Her most recent role in the franchise was in 2020, providing the voice of Rein Jevre in Battle Spirits: Gallet's Revolution.
