Yūko Gibu is a Japanese voice actress born on January 28, 1981 in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. She has been active in the entertainment industry since 2004 and currently works as a freelance artist, having previously been affiliated with agencies including AS Planning, Holy Peak, and Genki Project. Over the course of her career, Gibu has performed under several aliases for various projects, including Ryuu Ueto, Homi Momoi, Kokoro Kuroiwa, and Kazuno Kotenjou.
