Rika Tachibana is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and model born on February 27, 1987, in Hiroshima Prefecture, though she was raised in Kyoto Prefecture. She graduated from the A&G Academy, having completed its voice actor and vocal courses. Tachibana made her debut in the entertainment industry in 2009, initially working under the SINFONIA agency and basing her activities in the Kansai region. In 2013, she moved her agency affiliation to Tokyo-based Holy Peak to further her voice acting career. Her agency history includes periods as a freelancer in late 2018, followed by affiliations with WITH LINE and PUGNUS in 2019, before joining EARLY WING in April 2024. Beyond voice acting, she is also active as a singer under the record label Rokkan Music, making her major singer debut in February 2018 with the release of her first mini-album, Flora.

One of her earliest and most enduring roles is Sae Kobayakawa in the sprawling The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls franchise, a part she has played since 2014 across the mobile game, anime television series, and various spin-offs. A pivotal role in her career is Kyaru in the massively popular multimedia franchise Princess Connect! Re:Dive, which began with the game in 2018 and continued into its anime adaptations. She also voiced the character of Little Red Riding Hood, known as Akazukin, in the SINoALICE game and its related anime project. Her other notable television anime roles include Aoi Asada in Cinderella Nine, Reiko Arisugawa in Shomin Sample, Ena Banshōya in Assault Lily Bouquet, Chitose Naruse in The Island of Giant Insects, Momoko Futo in Joshi Kausei, Hakū in Chōyū Sekai: Being the Reality, and Ruin Atë in Saint Seiya: Saintia Shō.

Her work is also extensive in the video game industry.
