Rika Tachibana is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and model born on February 27, 1987, in Hiroshima Prefecture, though she was raised in Kyoto Prefecture. She graduated from the A&G Academy, having completed its voice actor and vocal courses. Tachibana made her debut in the entertainment industry in 2009, initially working under the SINFONIA agency and basing her activities in the Kansai region. In 2013, she moved her agency affiliation to Tokyo-based Holy Peak to further her voice acting career. Her agency history includes periods as a freelancer in late 2018, followed by affiliations with WITH LINE and PUGNUS in 2019, before joining EARLY WING in April 2024. Beyond voice acting, she is also active as a singer under the record label Rokkan Music, making her major singer debut in February 2018 with the release of her first mini-album, Flora.
