Takurō Nakakuni is a Japanese voice actor born on April 21, 1974, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He began his voice acting career after graduating from the CHK Voice Actor Center, a training school for performers, and initially joined the agency Office CHK. In March 2011, he left Office CHK and worked as a freelance voice actor for a brief period before joining Apte Pro in April of the same year, where he remains affiliated. In the industry, he also uses the alias Atono Matsuri (sometimes written as 後野祭), primarily for his work in adult games and anime.

Nakakuni has built a substantial career with a wide range of roles across television anime, original video animations (OVA), theatrical films, and video games. He is perhaps best known for his recurring role as the sharpshooter Saito in the Ghost in the Shell: Arise series, as well as in its theatrical sequel, Ghost in the Shell: The New Movie.
