Raquel Rosmaninho is a Portuguese voice actor known for her extensive work in the European Portuguese dubbing of animated series and films, particularly for her long-standing roles in the Pokémon anime franchise. Her career is closely linked with the transition of Pokémon dubbing from Lisbon to Porto in 2010, after which she became a central figure in the series.

Rosmaninho is most recognized for voicing the protagonist Ash Ketchum and the Team Rocket member Jessie across numerous Pokémon television series and movies. Her work in the franchise began with the eleventh season, Pokémon: Diamond and Pearl, and continued through subsequent series including Pokémon: Black & White, Pokémon XY, Pokémon Sun & Moon, and Pokémon Journeys. She has also voiced these characters in many Pokémon films, such as Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution, Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!, and Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle.

Beyond Pokémon, her voice acting portfolio is diverse and spans several decades. She has provided voices for characters in a wide range of animated productions. Notable examples include Cake in the Portuguese dub of Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake, Granate in Steven Universe, multiple characters in The Amazing World of Gumball, and the title character in Caillou (Ruca). Her film work includes roles in Rio 2 as Eva and The Croods as Gran.
