Dominique Wagner is a Belgian actress born on January 14, 1969, in Etterbeek, Belgium. She is primarily known for her extensive work as a French-language voice actress, dubbing characters for animated television series and films.

Wagner has taken on numerous voice roles across a wide range of anime series. She provides the French voice for Serina Yoshida in The Dangers in My Heart. In the horror anthology series Ayakashi - Samurai Horror Tales, she voices the character Osode Yotsuya. Her film work includes the role of Kiyoko in Satoshi Kon's acclaimed film Tokyo Godfathers. Within the long-running Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, she is known for voicing Luca and Angela Raines in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. In the series Eureka Seven, she voices Hilda, and in Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch, she is the French voice of Maria.

Beyond the specific roles mentioned, Wagner has an extensive list of other credits.
