Pamela Cruz is a Mexican voice actress known for her work in Spanish-language dubbing of anime, animation, and live-action productions. She studied Dramatic Literature and Theater at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Her birthday is February 5, 1983. Cruz began her voice acting career in 2009.

Cruz has provided voices for a wide range of anime series. She is known as the voice of Nazuna Hashimoto in Eternal 831, Lana in Pokémon Sun & Moon, Midori Kishibe in The Great Passage, Saiko Akamine in 11eyes, Ultear Milkovich in Fairy Tail, Mikuri Yatsuse in My Oni Girl, Agemochitaro in You are Ms. Servant, Mayu Uehara in Seduced By My Best Friend, and Yaya Nanto in Strawberry Panic!.

Beyond the roles specified, Cruz has voiced many other notable anime characters.
