Jeff Plunk is an American voice and on-camera actor based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, known for his work in English dubs of anime series. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, he began his acting career in his early teens, initially focusing on commercial work before expanding into television, film, and voice-over.

Plunk is recognized in the anime community for a variety of roles. He is the English voice of Konro Sagamiya, the vice-commander of Special Fire Force Company 7, in the series Fire Force. He also voices Takumi Adachi in Skate-Leading Stars. His other notable anime credits include Gaja in Black Clover, Basil in Dragon Ball Super, a character alternately identified as Sawyer or Racer in Fairy Tail, and Inuarashi, also known as Duke Dogstorm, in One Piece. In 2024, he joined the cast of the English dub for the fantasy romance anime Tales of Wedding Rings, voicing the character Marse.
