Yūji Kishi is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on September 28, 1970, in Tokyo. He began his entertainment career in 1996, initially gaining fame through his live-action role as Kyousuke Jinnai, also known as Red Racer, in the Super Sentai series Gekisou Sentai Carranger. While he has continued to perform extensively in television dramas, films, and stage musicals, Kishi has also built a substantial career in voice acting for anime and video games.
One of Kishi's most prominent voice roles is Ken Masters in the Street Fighter franchise. He provided the Japanese voice for the character in the animated film Street Fighter IV: The Ties That Bind and has continued to voice Ken in numerous related video games, including Street Fighter IV, Street Fighter V, and Street Fighter VI. His voice acting portfolio also includes a wide range of characters in other animated series and films. He voiced the bioroid soldier Tereus in the CG film Appleseed: Ex Machina and the character George in the anime series Taiga Adventure.
