Wilbert Herrera is a Filipino voice actor who works extensively in Tagalog-language dubs of anime and animated series. He is also known by the professional name Weebz Herrera. His career has focused on providing voices for Filipino localizations, often taking on the roles of leading protagonists in popular anime franchises.

Among Herrera's most recognized roles is Boruto Uzumaki in the Tagalog dub of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. He has voiced Yukihira Souma in the Pop TV dub of Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma and Bell Cranell in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?. In the Free! franchise, he provided the voice for Haruka Nanase across multiple series including Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club and Free! Eternal Summer. His other significant anime roles include Yūya Sakaki in Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V, Koji Kabuto in the film Mazinger Z: Infinity, Hibiki Kuze and Yamato Hotsuin in Devil Survivor 2 The Animation, Shino Inuzuka in Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East, Akito Hyuga in Code Geass: Akito the Exiled, Dax in Monsuno, James in Project Blue Earth SOS, Takeshi Yamato in Over Drive, and Police Kiyokawa in Gargoyle of Yoshinaga House.

Beyond Tagalog dubbing, Herrera has also performed voice work in English for various international productions. Under the name Weebz Herrera, he voiced Mr. Second in the Netflix anime series Baki Hanma and Sonic in the U.S. net animation Sonic Prime. He has also contributed to the Digimon franchise as Taiki Kudou in Digimon Fusion and Henry Wong in Digimon Tamers. His English voice credits extend to non-anime animated projects, including roles as Santa Claus in the special Dasher and the Sleigh-Train and as the characters Crong and Rody in the English version of the children's series Pororo the Little Penguin.
