Kanae Oki is a Japanese voice actress and actress born on July 20, 1984, in Kochi Prefecture. She began her pursuit of an entertainment career in 2003 after moving to Tokyo. Her formal debut in anime came in 2006 with a small role in the television series Futari wa Pretty Cure SplashStar. Prior to her voice work, she was an active member of her school's kendo club from junior high through high school and holds a 3-dan rank in the discipline.
Oki's career includes a significant and enduring association with the Pretty Cure franchise. In 2009, she landed her first leading role as Love Momozono, also known as Cure Peach, in the television series Fresh Pretty Cure. She has reprised this character in numerous crossover film projects for over a decade, including titles such as Pretty Cure All Stars DX: Everyone's Friends☆the Collection of Miracles, Pretty Cure All Stars DX2: Light of Hope - Protect the Rainbow Jewel, Pretty Cure All Stars DX3: Deliver the Future!
