Frédéric Bouraly is a French actor, screenwriter, author, and comedian born on May 3, 1960, in Moulins, Allier, France. While he is widely recognized by French television audiences for his role as José in the long-running comedy series Scènes de ménages, he has also built an extensive career as a voice actor in Japanese anime, most notably within the Dragon Ball franchise. His work in animation has made him a familiar voice to generations of French fans.
Bouraly is best known for providing the French voice of Mr. Satan, the boastful and comedic martial arts champion, also known as Hercule. He first took on this role in the original Dragon Ball Z series and has since reprised it across numerous films and后续 series, including Dragon Ball Z Kai and Dragon Ball Super.
