Philippa Roche is a French voice actress and ADR director known for her work in anime dubbing. She is the daughter of Jean Roche, also a figure in French dubbing. Her career includes several prominent leading roles in anime series that were distributed in French-speaking markets.

One of her most recognized roles is that of Rosette Christopher in the series Chrono Crusade, known in French as Chrno Crusade, where she voiced the headstrong young exorcist protagonist. She is also well known for providing the French voice of Kaname Chidori, the female lead in the Full Metal Panic! franchise. She voiced this character in both the original Full Metal Panic! series and the comedic spin-off Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu.

Beyond these major roles, her voice acting credits include the character Fanny in the children's series Max et Compagnie, Maguro in Sushi Pack, and Chiro in R.O.D - The TV. She also contributed to the French adaptation of Power Rangers: Force Mystique, providing the voice for Vida Rocca, the Pink Mystic Ranger. Her work extends behind the microphone as well, as she has served as an ADR director, notably working on projects at the dubbing studio Synchro France.
