Daisuke Hyūga is a Japanese voice actor, singer-songwriter, and guitarist born on January 27, 1986, in Miyazaki Prefecture. He began his entertainment career as a singer-songwriter, performing at live houses like Kōenji Club ROOTS and participating in various music competitions, including winning the acoustic category at the Ishibashi Music Contest in 2012. His professional voice acting career started in 2018 when he joined the talent agency Hibiki and became a part of the media mix project from Argonavis, performing with the project's band, Argonavis.

Hyūga is most recognized for his role as Yuto Goryo, the vocalist and guitarist for the band Argonavis in the BanG Dream! franchise. He has voiced this character across multiple productions, including the television anime series Argonavis from BanG Dream! which aired in 2020, the video game Argonavis from BanG Dream! AAside released in 2021, and the animated films Gekijōban Argonavis: Ryūsei no Obligato in 2021 and Gekijō-ban Argonavis Axia in 2023. His involvement with the Argonavis project extended beyond voice acting to include live stage performances, where he also played the role of Yuto Goryo in 2021 and 2023.

Another notable anime role is Mark Whiting in the Cardfight!! Vanguard: Shinemon Arc, which aired from 2019 to 2020. His other voice acting credits include a minor role as a rugby team member in the 2019 television anime Try Knights and as Suzuki in Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress in 2021. In video games, he voiced the character Kilpher in Progress Orders in 2025.

In addition to his voice work, Hyūga is an active musician and composer. He has composed and arranged theme songs for Bushiroad and the talent agency Hibiki. His composition work extends to background music for Cardfight!! Vanguard promotional videos and arrangement for live performances within the Argonavis project. He has also written lyrics for other artists, contributing lyrics for a song on the Hey! Say! JUMP album A say. He served as the public relations officer for the company Argonavis starting in 2022. As of March 31, 2025, Hyūga left his agency Hibiki to work as a freelance voice actor.
