Chiara Fabiano is an Italian voice actress best known for her extensive work dubbing anime and live-action series for the Italian market. Born in the early 2000s, she began her career at the age of four, alongside her older brother Mattia Fabiano, who is also a voice actor. Their entry into the industry was facilitated by their mother, who worked in dubbing and proposed them for the voices of two young basketball players. Her first major role in a live-action film came in 2011 when she voiced the young Kristi Rey in Paranormal Activity 3.

Fabiano has built a prolific career voicing a wide array of characters in anime. She is the Italian voice of Gabi Braun in Attack on Titan The Final Season, the title character Takagi-san in Teasing Master Takagi-san, and Kaede Kaburagi in Tiger & Bunny 2. Her other notable anime roles include Yukimi Togakushi in Kakegurui Twin, Natsume Tonai in Drifting Home, Miya in Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall, and Mikuni Katō in Komi Can't Communicate. She also voiced the character Pan in the 2022 film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. Her film work extends to dubbing for Studio Ghibli films, including the role of Setsuko in a re-dubbing of Grave of the Fireflies and the title role in The Tale of the Princess Kaguya, as well as Shinko Aoki in Mai Mai Miracle.

Beyond anime, Fabiano has a significant career dubbing live-action actors. She is particularly well-known as the primary Italian voice for actresses Jenna Ortega and Millie Bobby Brown. For Ortega, she has voiced the title character in Wednesday, as well as her roles in films like Scream, Scream VI, and X. For Brown, she voices Eleven in the hit Netflix series Stranger Things, a role to which she has expressed a strong attachment, and has also dubbed her in films such as the Enola Holmes movies. Her frequent collaborations also include voicing characters played by actresses like Talitha Bateman and Ariana Greenblatt.

In 2022, Fabiano received critical acclaim and several awards for her performance as Meilin "Mei" Lee in the Pixar animated film Red. For this role, she won the Premio Prodotti di animazione "Le voci di Cartoonia," L'Anello d'Oro at the Festival del doppiaggio Voci nell'Ombra, and La Musa d'Oro for Best Animated Voice Actress at the Premio Voci Animate, where she also received the audience award.
