Noriko Namiki is a Japanese voice actress born on June 19, 1972, in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. She is a graduate of the Yoyogi Animation School and began her career in 1994, with her first anime role being in the series Akazukin Chacha. Over her career, she has been affiliated with several talent management firms, including Arc Production and ntbplanning, before eventually working as a freelancer.

Namiki has built a diverse portfolio of voice roles across numerous anime television series, original video animations, and films. Among her most recognized parts are Machi in the 1999 Hunter X Hunter series and its subsequent OVAs, and Eri Aikawa in the romantic comedy series Junjō Romantica, a role she reprised across its second and third seasons. She also provided the voice for Yūko in the anime Hamster Club, Eriko in Tensai? Dr. Hamax, Forte in Save Me! Lollipop, and Orin in the OVA series Lil' Red Riding Hood Cha-Cha. Another significant early role was Orin (credited as Kaguyako) in the original Akazukin Chacha television series. She is also known for her work in the long-running series The Prince of Tennis, where she voiced the character Saori Shiba.

In addition to her work in anime, Namiki has been active in the video game industry. She has voiced several characters in the long-running Puyo Puyo puzzle game series, including Lidelle, Raffina, and the Onion Pixie, appearing in numerous installments from Puyo Puyo Fever onwards. Her other game credits include roles in the tactical role-playing game Fire Emblem: Three Houses and its sequel, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, as the character Ladislava.

Throughout her career, Namiki has demonstrated recurring collaborations with specific directors and fellow voice actors. She worked frequently with director Furuhashi Kazuhiro on several projects related to the Rurouni Kenshin franchise, including the television series and the Trust & Betrayal OVA. This series also led to her repeatedly working alongside voice actors Suzuki Hirotaka and Suzukaze Masami. Her filmography shows a pattern of returning to long-running roles, such as her work on the Junjō Romantica series and the many installments of the Puyo Puyo game franchise.
