Ruriko Noguchi is a Japanese voice actress from Fukuoka Prefecture, born on July 6, 1995. She is affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision and is a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute, a training school connected to her agency. Noguchi made her debut as a voice actress in 2015, with her earliest roles including a brass band member in the anime Sound! Euphonium and a student in Wish Upon the Pleiades.

In the initial phase of her career, Noguchi primarily voiced supporting characters. A notable early role was Ailane, a member of the in-universe band BUD VIRGIN LOGIC, in the multimedia project Show By Rock!! starting in 2016. This role also involved musical performance, as she contributed to several character songs for the franchise. Her career progressed with a variety of supporting parts in series such as Anne Happy, A sister is all you need., and Comic Girls.
