Kandy Ricci is a Brazilian Portuguese voice actor known for her work in the dubbing of various anime series and films. Her roles are primarily in productions aimed at a broad audience, including popular long-running series.

She is most prominently recognized for voicing the character Tsuyu Asui, also known by her hero name Froppy, in the anime series My Hero Academia.
