Katsuaki Arima

Katsuaki Arima is the former stage name of Yusei Oda, a Japanese voice actor and narrator born on September 19, 1969, in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. He is a graduate of Komazawa University. He began his career using his real name, Katsuaki Arima, and was active under this name until September 2003. He also uses the pen name Hiroki Kannabe for his work as a writer. In terms of agency affiliation, he was initially a freelancer after working at Wit Promotion before joining Aoni Production, first as an associate member on August 1, 2005, and becoming a full member on January 1, 2009.
As Katsuaki Arima, he built a substantial portfolio of voice roles in the 1990s and early 2000s. He played the role of Makoto Ichijou in the television anime Hareluya II Boy. In the supernatural comedy Haunted Junction, he voiced the main character Haruto Houjo. He was also the voice of Akira Takaoka in the original video animation (OVA) I Dream of Mimi. His work in the franchise Denkō Chō Tokkyū Hikarian - Lightning Attack Express included voicing both Buster Seven and Police Win. Additionally, he took on the role of Takeru in the film XEVIOUS.

He is well known for portraying Kojiro Saeki in The Prince of Tennis franchise and Kengo Miyazawa in the Little Busters! anime and game series. He has also been a prolific voice in the One Piece anime, lending his voice to numerous supporting characters such as Izo, Gyaro, and many others over the years. His game credits are extensive and include the role of Shou Nikaidou in the VitaminX series of games and its OVA adaptation, as well as the character Yoshitsune Minamoto in the Warriors Orochi series. Another significant achievement is his long-running role as Toru Narasaka in the anime World Trigger across multiple seasons.
