Description
Izuma commanded a band of humanoid raiders across the Outer Rim, specializing in piracy and resource plunder. Under the Galactic Empire, his forces uncovered deactivated B1-series battle droids abandoned by the Confederacy of Independent Systems on Keelia after the Clone Wars. Reprogramming these droids into an army, he conquered the native Meevai tribe and seized Keelia's remaining resources, planning to establish a base for expanding his criminal empire.

Physically, Izuma possessed pale skin, striking purple eyes, and a bald head. His attire consisted of green clothing beneath a black robe lined with purple, featuring a red collar. He accessorized with silver rectangular earrings, black gloves, boots, and a belt. He primarily wielded a KYD-21 blaster pistol and utilized an XS stock light freighter for transport.

On Keelia, Izuma demanded the chief of Meevai Village as a hostage to enforce tribal compliance, threatening village annihilation if refused. The chief's granddaughter, Haru, volunteered to take his place. When Izuma arrived to collect Haru, he revealed his forces had captured her sister, Saku, who attempted to organize resistance. Despite Haru's desperate pleas, Izuma leveled his blaster at Saku at point-blank range and fired, declaring "no exceptions" to make an example. This execution was halted solely by the intervention of F, a Jedi Padawan, who used the Force to stop and redirect the blaster bolt, wounding Izuma's hand.

Enraged by this defiance, Izuma commanded his forces to obliterate the village and kill everyone present. After his battle droids were deactivated and his ship destroyed by F's ally Valco, Izuma's remaining henchmen fled. Refusing to accept defeat, he seized Haru as a human shield, holding her at blaster-point. When F revealed herself as a Jedi and ignited her lightsaber, Izuma attempted to execute Haru but was instantly disarmed and killed by F; the Jedi severed his arm and inflicted a fatal chest wound.

Izuma operated with extreme cruelty, opportunism, and calculated caution. He enforced obedience through terror tactics like public executions and hostage-taking. His demeanor shifted rapidly from superficially polite to violently enraged when opposed, exposing a volatile and sadistic core. His actions encompassed resource stripping, village terrorization, and attempted genocide, showcasing a readiness to exterminate populations for control or amusement. Even facing inevitable defeat, his pride prevented surrender, driving him to take a final hostage in a futile act of defiance.
