Description
Carrot is a rabbit Mink from the Mokomo Dukedom, the nation located on the back of the giant elephant Zunesha. She has white fur, blonde hair styled in a bob cut, brown eyes, long rabbit ears, and a large fluffy tail. Her stature is that of a human adolescent girl, standing 161 centimeters tall. Originally a member of the Inuarashi Musketeer Squad and one of the Kingsbirds serving the dukes, she later becomes the ruler of the Mokomo Dukedom after the previous leaders, Inuarashi and Nekomamushi, step down to serve Momonosuke in Wano.

Carrot possesses a bright, energetic, and curious personality, combined with a deep-seated protectiveness for her home and friends. She is deeply naive about the outside world, having spent her entire life on Zou. This leads her to react with childlike wonder to the vastness of the ocean, natural phenomena like lightning, and the concept of dangerous adventures, often failing to grasp the severity of life-threatening situations. True to her rabbit nature, she loves to gnaw on things, including people's ears, and has an intense fondness for carrots. She is fiercely loyal and emotional, as shown when she tearfully embraced Luffy after he recovered from poisoning and when she was devastated by the sacrifice of her mentor, Pedro. Despite her typical naivete, Carrot is surprisingly cunning and clever in battle, able to devise complex strategies on the fly.

Carrots primary motivation is her desire for adventure on the sea, a dream she harbored long before meeting the Straw Hat Pirates. She sneaks aboard the Thousand Sunny to join the Sanji Retrieval Team, wishing to explore the world beyond Zou. As her journey progresses, her motivations become intertwined with carrying on Pedros will. Pedro believed the Straw Hats would lead the world to its dawn, and Carrot fights to honor his memory and support their cause. She plays a significant supporting role during the Whole Cake Island arc, where she helps the crew navigate Big Moms territory, and later participates in the Raid on Onigashima during the Wano Country arc.

Carrots key relationships include her close friendship with fellow Mink Wanda, whom she fears upsetting but clearly cares for deeply. Her most defining relationship is with Pedro, who trained her after recognizing her lack of talent with a sword, gifting her the clawed gauntlets she uses in combat. His sacrifice to ensure the Straw Hats escape from Big Moms crew is a turning point for her character. She also bonds closely with the Straw Hat Pirates, particularly Tony Tony Chopper, whom she affectionately nicknames Choniki. She holds great respect for Luffys leadership and considers the crew dear friends, though she ultimately does not become an official member. Throughout the Wano Country arc and its aftermath, Carrot matures from a stowaway seeking fun into a capable warrior who accepts the heavy responsibility of leading her people, using the experience she gained at sea to guide the Mokomo Dukedom.

As a Mink, Carrot possesses several notable abilities. She is a natural-born fighter with immense agility, powerful leg strength allowing her to jump in mid-air, and high stamina that permits activity during all hours of the day and night. She can generate electricity from her body, an ability known as Electro, which she channels through the pair of clawed gauntlets given to her by Pedro. Her ultimate technique is the Sulong transformation. Activated by gazing at a full moon, this form dramatically alters her appearance: her fur and hair turn snow-white and grow wildly long, her eyes turn red, and her body becomes surrounded by Electro sparks. In this state, her speed, agility, and offensive power are exponentially increased, allowing her to glide through the air and decimate enemy fleets with ease. However, the transformation is extremely taxing, and overuse leads to severe exhaustion or loss of consciousness. Maintaining control of the berserk nature of the Sulong form requires significant training and willpower.
