Her personality is childish and blunt, with a constant need for praise, though she can show unexpected kindness, such as defending Albedo from mockery. As a divine being, she wields powerful holy magic including Turn Undead, which can seriously harm powerful undead like Ainz Ooal Gown and knock Shalltear unconscious. She can manipulate water, emits a divine aura that attracts undead, and possesses magical resistance that makes her immune to time-stop and despair effects. She has a contentious but loyal relationship with Kazuma Sato, who frequently calls her useless, while maintaining friendships with Darkness and Megumin and teasing Chris about her appearance. Aqua harbors relentless animosity toward undead beings, repeatedly attempting to purify the Overlord cast despite facing punishment. Her claims of divinity are often dismissed by most characters outside her original companions. During the events of the dimensional incident, she was transported alongside others, escaped golem attacks, and participated in the final confrontation to activate a dimensional portal.
