Description
Rilu-elu Belu-be, a disciplined military instructor from the technologically advanced Bilusaludo species, serves aboard the interstellar migrant vessel Aratrum. Introduced as a reserved strategist, his trajectory shifts during Earth’s reclamation campaign against Godzilla Filius, where his tactical prowess proves vital in entrapping the creature. Surviving Godzilla Earth’s catastrophic rise, he encounters the Houtua tribe—humanoid descendants of Earth’s abandoned inhabitants.

Belu-be’s defining transformation begins with the discovery of Mechagodzilla City, a self-replicating nanometal fortress born from humanity’s ancient anti-Godzilla weapon. Partnering with engineer Mulu-elu Galu-gu, he reignites the city’s dormant systems, convinced its autonomous nanotechnology offers victory. Embracing his race’s creed of technological fusion, he willingly undergoes nanometal assimilation, piloting a Vulture mech to divert Godzilla Earth during the climactic battle.

His unwavering loyalty to Bilusaludo collectivism sparks confrontation with rebel leader Haruo Sakaki, who resists the nanometal’s unchecked consumption. As Haruo targets the city’s control core, Belu-be shields Galu-gu, hurling his mech into the disintegrating structure. The network’s collapse triggers his demise, his final scream preserved in event logs. This act crystallizes the Bilusaludo ideal of technological supremacy over individual sovereignty.

Rooted in the failed Mechagodzilla initiative 20,000 years prior, Belu-be’s drive to resurrect the project stems from ancestral redemption. His arc embodies the duality of technological ambition—its potential for salvation and erosion of self—positioning him as a secondary antagonist whose convictions mirror his species’ relentless pursuit of synthetic evolution.
