Conis lives in Skypiea as Pagaya's daughter and the owner of a cloud fox named Su. She has a relatively tall, slender build, blonde hair styled in two braided pigtails, and distinctive antennae. Her initial outfit is a pink dress reaching her thighs, featuring black flower-shaped textures, paired with red and pink striped sandals with white soles. After the timeskip, her appearance updates to include bangs and a dark sleeveless shirt decorated with two white vertical stripes and a winged pumpkin design. Initially happy, friendly, and innocent, she deeply cares for others' well-being, expressing concern when Luffy fell off a waver or when Usopp and Sanji needed medical aid after Enel's attacks. Her personality transforms significantly after meeting the Straw Hat Pirates, evolving into a more courageous individual willing to speak her mind and challenge the authority of Skypiea's self-proclaimed god, Enel. This change stems from her sense of justice, the perceived loss of her father, and love for her people. When tense, she habitually bites her bottom lip. She is proficient in playing the harp and operating a waver, a cloud-riding vehicle. Though not a fighter, she carries a Flame Bazooka (also called a Burn Bazooka) and possesses knowledge of various dials, like Tone Dials, which she demonstrates to the Straw Hats. Her history centers on the Skypiea Arc. She first meets the Straw Hat Pirates on Angel Beach, assisting them by explaining local customs, dials, and waver operation after their arrival from the Blue Sea. She hosts them at her home and shares meals. Conflict arises when the White Berets identify the crew as illegal trespassers. Bound by Enel's enforced civic responsibility—where disobedience means death—she betrays the Straw Hats by summoning a Super Express Speed Shrimp to take their ship, the Going Merry, to Upper Yard. Overwhelmed by guilt while guiding Luffy, Sanji, and Usopp to Upper Yard, she confesses her betrayal, prompting Enel to strike her with lightning. She survives thanks to Gan Fall and his bird, Pierre. Seeking redemption, she further aids the Straw Hats. With her father, she repairs a waver and ventures into Upper Yard, rescuing the Shandian girl Aisa and locating the Going Merry. She provides medical care to the injured Usopp and Sanji and assists Nami. After her father seemingly sacrifices himself to save her from another of Enel's lightning attacks, she travels alone to Angel Island to warn residents of Enel's plan to destroy Skypiea. Confronted by the White Berets, she defiantly declares Enel is not a god—an act capturing the citizens' attention when no divine retribution follows. She convinces them to evacuate via Cloud's End, reconciles with McKinley of the White Berets, and returns to Upper Yard. There, she witnesses Enel's defeat and the sounding of the Golden Bell, ending the war. She reunites with the Straw Hats and later learns her father survived his apparent death. Following these events, she and her friend Laki establish the Pumpkin Cafe, specializing in pumpkin noodles. Her continued residence in Skypiea reflects her commitment to her homeland and community.
