Rieko Takahashi is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on November 28, 1967, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She began her career in 1989 and is affiliated with the talent agency Enkikaku.

Takahashi has built a diverse portfolio of voice roles in anime television series. She is known for portraying Conis, a resident of Skypiea, in the long-running series One Piece. She also voiced two distinct roles in the anime Hanaukyo Maid-tai: Ryuka and Ryuuka Jihiyou. Her filmography includes the role of Zomama the Elephant in The Animal Conference on the Environment. Other notable anime credits include a young Miroku in Inuyasha, Sister Margarett in Freezing, Yukino in Samurai 7, and various roles in the Gundam franchise.

One of her most significant roles is the dual portrayal of Queen Dianna Soriel and her commoner look-alike, Kihel Heim, in the series Turn A Gundam and its compilation films. She has also contributed her voice to several video games, including Yorda in Ico and reprising her Turn A Gundam roles in the Super Robot Wars series.
