Description
Franca Dochley is the daughter of Bruce Dochley, the legendary Pirate King. She directly witnessed Madame Marciano murder her father three years before the main story. Mister became her guardian afterward. Born on April 9, she strongly resembles her mother, as seen in a video message viewed on Graceland.

Franca has distinctive pink hair and blue eyes, usually adorned with a ribbon. She typically wears an aqua dress, sometimes layered with a yellow shirt in colder weather. Tsundere by nature, she often masks deeper feelings with outward cynicism or sharpness. She harbors deep suspicion that Mister, Bishop, Katana, and Swamp value her primarily for her knowledge of her father's hidden treasure, not genuine care.

Despite her youthful appearance, Franca is notably competent. She is a skilled cook and capably manages the "Pirate" bar during Mister's absences, swiftly quelling rowdy patrons. Her possession of a specific pendant, given by Bruce, is crucial; it's the key to locating his immense treasure—ten billion space dollars concealed within a complex custom vault on Graceland. This pendant forces her involvement in the perilous treasure hunt.

Her character develops throughout the journey to Graceland. Initially reluctant and distrustful, participating only due to the pendant and her father's legacy, constant danger changes her perspective. Madame Marciano's relentless pursuit with her android assassins (the Twelve Sisters) and the looming threat of Graceland's destruction by the Federation necessitate relying on Mister and his crew. This shared peril fosters growing, if sometimes grudging, trust and camaraderie.

Reaching Bruce's vault culminates her arc. While the vast treasure is physically present, Franca finds greater value in deeply personal, non-monetary items left by her father. This emotional inheritance allows her to move past her suspicions about Mister's motives. By the story's end, she transitions from a wary participant to someone genuinely integrated into the crew, looking ahead to future endeavors with them.
