Tanja Schmitz is a German actress and voice actress, recognized for her extensive work in dubbing for anime series and films. Born on April 13, 1973, she is also active as a dubbing director and dialogue script writer, contributing to the German-language adaptations of numerous Japanese animations.

Her voice can be heard in a wide array of notable anime roles. She is known for providing the German voice of Fenneko in the popular Netflix series Aggretsuko, a role she has reprised across multiple seasons and specials, including Aggretsuko: We Wish You a Metal Christmas. Schmitz also voiced the character Miho Amakata across the Free! franchise, appearing in Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club, Free! Eternal Summer, Free! -Dive to the Future-, and the film Free! -Take Your Marks-. In the action-adventure series Coyote Ragtime Show, she lent her voice to two characters, August and Franca.
