Description
Zorori is a yellow anthropomorphic fox with black eyes, typically dressed in a straw hat, blue kimono, striped cape, and forest green pants. His occasional heroic alter ego features a black mask, cape, golden fox-head belt, and red boots, with the mask frequently retained during disguises. He combines self-proclaimed villainy with underlying kindness, using the arrogant self-reference "Oresama" while disavowing good deeds. Yet he consistently intervenes to protect family bonds or aid others, even at personal cost, sometimes masking altruism by feigning a fever. His motivations stem from deceased mother Zororeene's final wishes: to become "King of Pranks," build or acquire Zorori Castle, and marry a beautiful bride, preferably a princess. These goals drive his journeys.

His backstory reveals a childhood with his mother after his father, an airplane pilot, left to pursue his dreams. Her death ignited his lifelong quest to honor her. His name derives from Spanish "zorro" (fox), reflecting both his species and Zorro-inspired heroic persona. Exceptionally ingenious, he constructs mechas and complex devices to escape peril.

He travels with twin boar apprentices, Ishishi and Noshishi, who joined after early escapades in Levanna Kingdom. Despite frequent frustration at their incompetence, he maintains a loyal bond with them. His schemes typically backfire or inadvertently benefit targets, reinforcing his unintended role as a benefactor. For instance, in *Lalala♪ Star Tanjou*, he supports tone-deaf guitarist Hipopo's stardom dream by enlisting acquaintances—aligning with his pattern of aiding others while pursuing his ambitions.

Across all media, Zorori remains a self-styled trickster whose actions yield positive outcomes, fueled by familial love and comedic misfortune.
